As a parent, we are in charge of the keys that will allow our children to have a future. We are the advocates for them and if we take the time to provide them will all the necessary tools they need in life, they will succeed. I feel that a book, or twenty, are most definitely a key factor in a child's future. A child who possesses a book has been given the opportunity to be whoever they want to be, go where ever their imagination will take them. That's what books do, they develop a child's imagination so that they can have those big dreams and in the future, make them a reality.
Well, it seems that Scholastic is on the same page. Scholastic has made it even easier to get books for your child(ren) now through October 31. They've made a code that allows you to you get $5 off when you spend $20 or more online. At check out, just make sure to type in the code 30452. This code cannot be combined with any other offers, can only be used one time per household and cannot be used on Storia (digital) books.
Also, if you child goes to school (most likely), you can enter the classroom code (contact the teacher) and earn their room a free book with your order. PLUS, I don't know if they still do this, but when you place an order you will receive a $5 voucher to get a book for free on their specific list when you order the next time. By taking advantage of the great things Scholastic has to offer, everyone wins. :)
