Tomorrow, Sept 26 is National Pancake Day and what better way to celebrate than going out for a free short stack of pancakes?!?! Well, it's possible at Perkins. Why would they just give you a free stack of delicious buttermilk pancakes though? In their words exactly, " It's our way of freeing you up to donate to Give Kids The World, a
magical resort fulfilling wishes of kids with life-threatening illnesses."
So, go enjoy a free stack of pancakes and then donate a few dollars to help make these struggling kids' wishes come true. I would most definitely do it if we lived in Sioux City, Sioux Falls or Worthington.
If you can't go out to celebrate, stay in and have some pancakes, what kid doesn't love breakfast for supper? Unless he/she is now allergic to wheat, eggs and dairy, then it sucks.
