So I doomed and gloom to the register and paid for my items. I got home and my hubby decided he needed to send me to Wally World for something else. So I went back. But this time I went to a different one. I repeated my previous trip, check marking one item after another off of my list until I finally got to the bottom and I had the words Reynold's baking cups staring back at me. My stomach was in knots as I marched across the store weaving my cart in and out of isles, between clothing racks trying to get to the baking isle as quick as I could. Sometimes, you know, one Wal-Mart carries things that the other does not. I crossed my fingers that this would be one of those times.
I can see the cups, the candles, the squeezable frosting. I was in the right place. Now, time to scan. Up and down my eyes flew as fast as they possibly could and my heart started racing like I was checking numbers to the lottery and actually had the first couple matching. I saw all the similar brands of baking cups that I had seen at the other Wal-Mart and then there it was! A brand that I hadn't seen at the other store. Could this be it? Was this the Reynold's baking cups that I had been searching for all afternoon?
Heavens no. It was the Wilton brand in a fancy design package so I would be tricked into thinking it wasn't them. Sneaky boogers. So needless to say, I did not find my Reynold's baking cups and for any of you that I mislead into thinking you would be able to find them at your local Wal-Mart, you better broaden your range because LeMars as well as Sioux Center Wal-Mart do not carry Reynold's baking cups. It's a sad day. Hope you still find them somewhere and get a great deal with them though! :)
